Your training and your eating, in one place. With an AI Coach that knows both.
Log a meal by typing, talking or snapping a photo, track every set, and ask your AI Coach for a plan that fits your week. Works with Apple Health.
An AI assistant, not a medical professional. Talk to a doctor about anything health-related.
Written by your AI Coach. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially with an injury, a medical condition or a pregnancy.
Type it, say it or snap it.
Type what you ate, say it out loud, or photograph the meal or its nutrition label. Praxtus fills in the calories, protein, carbs and fat for you to check and save.
- Type itWrite it the way you’d say it — “chicken burrito bowl, extra rice”.
- Say itUse your keyboard’s dictation — Praxtus only gets the text, never a recording.
- Snap itThe plate in front of you, or the nutrition label on the packet.
It all happens in a drawer at the bottom of the Calories tab: tap “What did you eat?”, or log a recent meal, one you eat often, or a serving of a saved recipe with a single tap. Set daily calorie and macro targets in Goals, and see what’s left at a glance — and what a meal would leave before you log it.
Log the set. Rest. Repeat.
Build workouts and multi-week programs, log sets, reps and weights, and rest between sets with a timer. Your history, best lifts and weekly progress are always a tap away.
- Programs
- Multi-week programs, so you always know what today is.
- Rest timer
- Add 15 seconds, take 15 off, or skip it. It pings you when time’s up — even locked.
- Best lifts
- Your record and what you did last time sit right on the exercise.
- Progress
- Volume, sets and sessions, by the week or the month.

A Coach that knows how you actually train.
Ask the Coach to build a program, plan today’s session or swap an exercise for the equipment you have. It knows your workouts, equipment and goals, and nothing it suggests is saved until you add it.
Setting up your account ends with a first plan to train: the Coach can build one from your answers if you allow it, or you start with a built-in starter program.
Try asking
- I want to get stronger — where do I start?
- Build me a program I can run 4 days a week
- Give me a 30-minute workout for today
About the AI
The Coach is powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Praxtus asks your permission before anything is sent to it, and you can turn AI features off at any time in Settings. Anthropic doesn't use what Praxtus sends to train its models, and deletes it within 30 days.
The Coach is an AI, not a medical professional, and does not give medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program.

Save the recipe, not the screenshot.
Found a recipe on TikTok or Instagram? Tap Share and choose Praxtus. It builds the recipe from the post’s caption, with ingredients, steps and nutrition, and credits the creator.
- Tap Share on the postThe one with the recipe in the caption.
- Choose PraxtusIt reads the caption and writes out the recipe, crediting the creator.
- Check it over, then saveScale the portions to suit, and log it as a meal when you eat it.
Recipes in a file instead? On the Recipes tab, choose Import recipes from a file and pick a PDF, a Word document (.docx) or a plain text file. Praxtus finds up to 20 recipes in it and saves only the ones you choose, up to 5 imports a month. The file is read by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, once you’ve said yes.
You can also dictate a recipe or type it in, and keep a grocery list sorted by aisle.
Bring in what you already track.
Import the workouts your Apple Watch and other apps record in Apple Health, and see today’s step count on your Overview.
- Reads
- Workouts, step count and active energy
- Writes
- Nothing
Praxtus only reads from Apple Health. It never writes to it.
Each import brings in the last 30 days of workouts — runs, rides, climbs, snowboarding, whatever Apple Health recorded — each with its active time and the active calories Apple Health measured. Import again, even on another iPhone, and nothing comes in twice. Today’s step count and active energy stay on your iPhone.
Turn on the Activity bonus and the extra movement Apple Health measures, beyond what your activity level already counts, is added to today’s calories. It is off until you switch it on, and it is an estimate, not medical advice.

Your data, plainly.
The Privacy Policy has a short version, near the top. Here it is, word for word.
- Collected
- We collect what you enter to use Praxtus: your account, your profile and goals, and what you log.
- Stored
- Your information is stored by Supabase, our hosting provider, where other users cannot read it.
- AI
- AI features send only what they need to Anthropic, our AI provider, and only with your permission.
- Never
- We do not sell your information, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.
- Analytics
- Usage analytics is off unless you turn it on. If you do, we record which features and screens you use — never what you eat, lift or weigh, and nothing from Apple Health — to improve Praxtus and plan our own marketing.
- Sharing
- You can share a recipe, workout or program with a code. The copy carries the item, never your name or anything you recorded while training, and you can revoke the code at any time.
- Delete
- You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app, at Settings → Delete account.
